Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services in the Twin Cities

My experience with this company has been very positive. They are professional and caring in their interactions with my special needs child and myself. Yes, sometimes schedules don’t go as planned… but as anyone who has a loved one with special needs knows, patience and compassion are key in day-to-day life! A couple of times (on tough days for my child), they have waited for as long as 15 minutes for her to be calm enough for me to get her out of the door. They greet her by name and are friendly. The office/dispatch staff go above and beyond in their communications with me and are very helpful and professional. I have nothing negative to say about this company at this point, except some of their equipment could use an update.
